We know this happens once in a while. Please contact your tutor to rearrange asap - we ask for 24 hours notice if at all possible. We are all reasonable people though, talk to us!

The vast majority of our tutors are qualified teachers but this is not always the case. If your tutor is not a current or former secondary school teacher, you will be informed at the point of introduction.

Tutors have their preferred platforms but these will usually be based on Zoom, Teams or Google Meet.

This very much depends on your chosen tutor's experience . All rates will be agreed in advance. You can expect to pay between £40-£80 per hour. The rate quoted includes the tutor's rate plus a small agency arrangement fee.

We want every pupil to thrive. If it's not working out, please get in touch and we will work out a solution.

We closely follow the rules of The Tutors Association (TTA). All of our tutors are interviewed, identity checked and hold an up to date DBS registered on the update service. Many of our tutors are also members of the TTA and have therefore also been vetted by them. Please ask for a copy of our safeguarding policy.
